I too have shopped at Home Depot and sympathise with the previous remarks regarding customer service.I however have been in the customer service industry for many years and have excelled beyond customer's expectations.\r

The fact that Home Depot is considering me as a potential employee is a positive response to the needs to the consumers. The company needs customer service reps that care about the customers.\r

I can and will be the best that I can be for the needs of the consumers. If hired, I hope that the experiences of the prior negative remarks will be resolved by making contact with me personally as I will provide service to the public as I would expect as a consumer.\r

This may sound unbelievable and a push to be hired, but I have prioritized the concern for the consumer in my employment in the past and will continue to do so.\r
