I walked into your store on 1/11 for the first time. I can?t tell you what a pleasure it was! The young lady behind the counter could not have been more helpful! The gentleman who does your engraving bent over backwards to repair a botched job from another jeweler. The gentleman with security did everything he could do to help. What a pleasure it was to see such wonderful customer service. I can assure you I will return and also make sure all of my friends know how wonderful you are!
