I called Arizona Discount Movers movers during a very stressful time in my life. I was moving my parents into an assisted living home and I was coordinating all of this from out of state. I actually booked another moving company but they messed up the booking. They called me the day before and expected everything to be boxed up and ready to go. Nothing was packed and I asked them if they could drop off boxes so I could try and pack up in time. They said no, so I had to cancel.
I was in full panic mode when I called Larry at Arizona Discount Movers. I explained the situation to him and he was completely professional while still being sympathetic and understanding about my stress. Even though it was so last minute and not at all scheduled they were able to help me move. The price turned out to be better than the first company! The movers couldn't have been nicer. It was difficult to coordinate the move because my parents were moving to separate rooms in the assisted living center. So it was a big process of separating which stuff went into which room. I wanted my parents to be as comfortable as possible as they settled in and having all of their things is essential to that. The movers completely understood. They were patient and really could not have been nicer. I would recommend them to anyone in the Arizona area.
