As some people have already stated about their parents seeing the Vietnamese advertisement. Bad decision. I should have known better when I asked her if the procedures would hurt. She replied with no answers. Seems like all they care is about money. Customer service is also bad too. Expensive for some useless bottles that did not make my acne better. It made it worse. Poor instructions and guidance. Laser surgery did not help at all. I also saw other patients with bad results. The lady who extracted my acne and pores messed up my face leaving puncture marks & scarrings from those blackhead tools. She even made rude comments of saying things I ate that caused my acne. Saying I ate too much of this and blah while extracting. Kimberly lady did not show any concerns. She had the nerve to call me to see how I was doing. Which she should have done in the first place when I was her patient. Why did she call me after I left as if she was concerned? Seems like she was trying to pitch me into another contract. There was also another lady who did my extraction for my pores, who also tried to bribe me into her shop so she can make some money. As if they are preying on the naive and young people. There was also issues with the credit card as it was still being charged when there was no more business with them. Should have never taken my dad's suggestion and signed up here.
