Marty, Came out to troubleshoot an issue with my AC. Marty quickly identified the issue which was build up in the pump. He cleaned the pump out, as well as the plastic tubes feeding into the pump. Marty spent the time to educate me on why this happened and even provided some recommended maintenance. To the folks who manage the field guy's at Bardi I know Marty has only been with you guys for 3 months but you should be proud of the way he represents Bardi !
