We stopped here about 5pm on a Sunday night. I have never felt so disrespect and disregarded visiting a pub in my entire life. We walked in and sat down and we were never greeted by the staff at any point of our entrance or even while we sat and festered in the extreme stuffiness and scent of body odor filling the air of the establishment.
The air conditioning didn't work. We sat 20 minutes before a server even acknowledged us. She never apologized and said she was alone. Wonder if they even had a cook on staff. Damn shame because we went there hungry for a nice greasy hamburger that EVERYONE brags about this place serving.
The blonde barbie doll bartender appeared to have her boyfriend pretend to be a server and take our order to have everyone in the bar laugh at us. Final straw was when a patron told us flat out we would not be getting service from this establishment. If you are not a regular you will not receive service period.
Note we said or did nothing to deserve this treatment nor did we make any complaints or prejudgements prior and while we were in the restaurant. We were not rude or disrespectful in any way shape or form and we were trying to be friendly but were treated like I have never been treated in my entire life. I treat other like I would want to be treated and this was by far above and beyond bad service.
If I could give them a 0 I would. Not even worth a 1. This place is a complete joke and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy unless you want to go somewhere to be patronized and treated like a piece of crap. If you want a place that makes you feel like they are doing you a favor just letting you walk in the door, this is your destination.
