Ever Dry waterproofed my basement in August 2014. Since then, I have had no water or dampness in my basement and the moldy smell is gone. The workers were polite, efficient and hard working. I am so pleased with their work. Living in an area where the soil is all clay, I have many neighbors with water problems. Thanks to Ever Dry I will not have that problem again. The warranty is a bonus! When I sell my home, the new owners will be able to have the warranty, too. It goes with the house. RCG East Grand Rapids, Michigan
