I've spent hundreds of dollars here in the past year for my cat and my bunny. Yesterday I wanted an appointment to get my bunny's nails trimmed. It's "hospital policy" to require a yearly check up for bunnies before they can do any grooming. My bunny was there 18 months ago for a check up. He lives alone, inside. He isn't sick. He doesn't need a checkup (for $60 I might add). Furthermore they couldn't take me this week anyway and I'm leaving town. The guy on the phone was very rude and refused to let me speak to a doctor about a possible exception to this idiotic "policy". He said she'd call me back, which of course, she didn't. They clearly don't care about animals, only about money.
