Review content:
After they charged me, they said they couldn't fix my busted pipe at that time and told me they needed to come back to fix it. Two weeks later, they didn't even go into my basement, they just said that they smelled moisture and that "" I "" needed to take care of the moisture before they could fix my pipes. 4 different plumbers came out in a 4 week period (no joke) and they all gave me different excuses why they didn't feel it was their responsibility to fix the broken pipe. I had a private contractor come out the next week and he told me that there was a pipe leak and that it should be fixed immediatly. After I called Rescue Rooter back, they said that I needed to ""fix the problem myself"" and refused to help me. What kind of a company is this?
