I had been taking my dog to this clinic since he was a puppy and I loved the staff, the service, and value I received. In recent years they came under new ownership and seem to care more about their bottom line than providing good pet care. My dog has seasonal respiratory allergies. On our annual visit the tech and the vet tried to convince me that there was something horribly wrong with my dog and that he needed to be sedated and scoped immediately. In fact "he may have to be rushed to another clinic for emergency surgery." When I told them about the seasonal allergies (which had been noted previously in his file!) they insisted that it wasn't allergies even though the symptoms were the same from previous years. Like the other reviewer noted, they also told me that I was 'risking his life' if I didn't leave him there and let them perform their very expensive tests.
