Unfortunately this was not a good experience for our two dogs. This was the first time for us at this kennel as we had to book it at the last minute for two nights. Don't be fooled by their website! The place is run down and neglected. The first sign of what we were in for should have been the strong foul odor in the lobby. Still some reviews online were positive and a woman there at the same time said her vet had recommended it and we didn't have another option. When I picked the dogs up our little beagle was trembling and filthy and smelled of urine. Our bigger dog was equally filthy with yellow paws and smelled like urine. They couldn't give us their blankets back because "they got wet and 'might' have peed in them". Ironically they told the couple ahead me of the same thing. We had to throw away their toys as well. Anyway, we won't be back and if I were you I would think twice. We aren't even going back to pick up the blankets once washed!
