I finally used my gift card from Christmas and was looking forward to a great pedicure! I have had many pedicures but this was the biggest waste of money I have ever spent. First let me tell you that it is very small there and you have to walk upstairs. Very cramped. The people there were very nice. The pedi was less than desirable. I basically paid for painting my nails. I then scheduled a pedi at Not So Plain Janes and they took the dry skin off which is what a pedicure is suppose to do. Very disappointed at Chill.
