Okay...so I have read the ""positive"" reviews and people saying that they must be ""competitors"" writing the review. I am a professional woman in the oil industry. I enjoy going to a spa where I can relax. I am sorry, but I would HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND this spa to anyone. The negative reviews I have read are pretty right on. The positive reviews must be hired by a third party, false reviews of people who have never been there, or family members. When I go to a spa, I like to feel relaxed. I want to get my hair and nails done, and sometimes a massage. The employees there are WONDERFUL. The owners there are COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. They discuss their business problems openly and mistreat their employees. They are also rude to their customers. I have been there twice because of my stylist. She was WONDERFUL. I went there, because she worked there. The owners were so sad that they tried to steal my friend and me from our stylist! We made it known we were not there for them, we were there for her! Normally I would not do that, but I could not believe how they were mistreating their employees. I have no respect for business owners like this. If their employees were smart they would go somewhere else. There are much better places to work. Also, the owners had quoted me one price for my hair and color. When I was done they marked the price up. I asked why, they said ""we did not give you the right price."" I could not believe their unprofessionalism. Again, I hope you take my advice and do not attempt this place. Oh...and FYI...my stylist did leave! She knew she deserved better!! Thank goodness!!
