If Eric is not there I don't bring my car in. The man deserves a raise. The times I didn't bring my car when he was there I ended up changing my own tire, I used hyundai assurance to bring the car in crack of dawn. Came in the afternoon. Car was parked... I called a friend used his spare and drove to America's tire. That amongst other things is why I don't go there unless he is on duty. I have purchased two cars from this dealership. I will not be purchasing a third.
