Excellent internet service in terms of reliability. It has never been down, well maybe twice in 5 years, but certainly not much and it is far superior to the Charter cable we had in SLO that was constantly going down. Not as fast as cable or DSL, but fast enough for most purposes. But I don't use it for streaming video, movies etc, so I am not sure how it would perform for that. I can't comment in support because I haven't needed it, but when I did it seemed OK. Biggest problem is cost. At $200/mo you have to really need this service to make it worthwhile, hence the relatively low rating. Some of us who live out in the country and don't have alternatives to satellite internet are forced to use this service. Hopefully some day we'll have a reasonably priced alternative for home use.
