My daughter recommended Clark Pest Control, after noticing black widow spiders around the garage key pad box and nested in the garage. She had specific instructions regarding the garage and backyard lawn area.
My initial call to Clark was returned within 4 hours and an agent assigned. The agent servicing the area, (Mr. B. Ivie) was very efficient in calling to follow up and schedule a time to come inspect the issue. I told him, I was babysitting my daughter two dogs for six months: a small dog, one-year old, and a big puppy less than 4 month old; and whatever solutions used must be animal friendly. Mr. Ivie was patient to answer my many questions about black widow spiders and other insects/beasties.
I stated, I would not be extending the contract pass the one year period. The customer service, billing, tech, and mangers were as accommodating as possible. When I over paid, my check was promptly returned with and explanation.
I am very pleased with fine quality of work and pleasant services provided Mr. Ivie. I will definitely use Clark Pest Control again. I will recommend Clark's Service to anyone! Great customer service! (5 stars).
