I am really disappointed with the service and professionalism from this business. After a month and a half of the run around, being forgotten about, taken off the schedule a few times, then lied to, we were basically told they could not help us. When they first estimated us on a job we were told it would cost about $2,500- $3000 so of course there goes the summer vacation and here we are into July with no vacation and still no pool and with two kids pretty disappointed. We were told they could not get a part we needed, but in fact we found the part online in about two minutes and showed them the site and where to find it. So the same afternoon we were told they could no longer help us, which is the same morning we were lied to and told that our part was ordered and would be installed as soon as it came after a month of waiting, we received another call later that later that day telling us that wasn't true and the part was obsolete and they couldn't help us, so we finally called another place. That other place called us back by 7:30am the next day and they told us even if they couldn't find the exact part they could make it work no matter what and in fact they could run a line and get our pool running in the mean time by the next day which is their plan to be out to us. Our original day with Reliable took over three weeks to even have someone come look at our pool to get an estimate. I am so grateful to people and businesses who actually take customer service seriously and have pride and integrity in their practices. Reliable Pools you should really learn some lessons here and should be ashamed and embarrassed.
