Slow service by Mgr. Tyler at pickup an dropoff. Customers not waited on in order of arrival at dropoff. No resolution of problems by management because of rental being paid by servicing dealership. Have used Enterprise for over 30 years; this location is the most unorganized and poorly managed I have encountered.
