This review has gone lower the longer I've lived here. It's been 2 years and I'm not as happy here as I was the first year. We did an extensive search on area apartments and visited dozens in Clearwater, and this was the best choice for what you get for the money. The 2/2 is quite large at 1000 s.f. and includes a patio/balcony and a big living room for only $725 + pet rent (It's now $770 as of July 2008). They allow 2 pets and the fees were a little high for those, but worth it.\r No w/d in unit, but the facilities are adequate. 2 pools, a small gym, and a boardwalk in the back with a bay view. I've never had a problem with parking.\r The buildings are older, but they've recently been doing rennovations to the outside and the landscaping, so they don't look as bad as they used to. The inside still needs work. The location is the best. Just hop on Gulf to Bay to head over the causeway to Tampa, or head west and you'll hit hundreds of stores and restaurants only .5-3 miles up th
