The best feature in this Apartment is the noise level. You cannot hear a peep. The units are well insulated. There is a huge problem: The heat is not controllable. In the Winter it is like living in the Bahamas. It reaches up to 101 degrees in the Apartment. You end up paying for both the heat and the air conditioning in the Winter. In May 2008 the basement flooded and it smelled of mold for one to three weeks. There is no carpeting left in the basement. The building is 60's era styling. Some of the units have been modernized. The fitness center in the Community room is in disrepair. It is mainly so they can say they have a fitness center. All in all an alright place to call Home.
