Review content:
Horrible customer service at the bar and it wasn't that busy. No welcome or hi. Just a stare and the others got "What can I get you." No eye contact whatsoever and never asked if I wanted another glass of wine when it was gone. They brought my check automatically without asking if I wanted dessert. So I did. Never asked if I wanted more coffee but instead of realizing it was gone, asked if I wanted more wine since they never cleared my glass! Lettuce was wilted and braised ribs were dry and appeared to sit under heat lamp for too long. Appetizer showed on my second bite into my salad. Very disappointed in usually great food and worst customer service I've had in a very long time. Thankfully there are a lot of restaurants in the area. Won't go back to this OG again.
