You MUST be one of the crappy parents that are not watching their kids! I come home to the same pack of kids sitting around by MY apartment flipping skate boards and dropping their trash. I know many of my neighbors have complained and I personally have seen many notices on the bulletin boards asking for parents to watch out for their kids and to have them pick up their trash or be fined. Its about damn time!! The sign in my building just asked for kids to stop hanging out in the halls and stop bouncing basket balls right under our windows. There is a park right across the street for goodness sakes! I hope you are buying a house cause from experience if you move to another apartment complex and think they aren't going to charge the hell out of you for everything, you got another thing coming! I personally like that the apartments are trying the raise the standards here and get the trash out! Bye
