Review content:
I have been a resident here for several years now. I was here under the old management, and since new management has taken over, there has been marked improvement. I have had no problems here outside of the routine quirks that come with apartment living. Maintenance is responsive, and concerns are addressed very quickly. The residents are pretty quiet and respectful most of the time, and the rent is A+ for this zip code. Convenience to 40, 421, the mall district is another good factor to consider.
