Less than pleased with the job that was done. They broke part of a light fixture, didn't tell us, didn't clean some fixtures, didn't wipe down cabinet faces. Was looking for attention to detail. We were keeping up on the cleaning cause house was up for sale. We were having an open house and wanted professionals to help with details maybe we forgot. I let the owner know of our disappointment, she asked us? how she can make it up to us, gave her a couple of suggestions, and she said no! (asked for partial refund or deal on cleaning when we moved). She then offered some "" discounted"" services, but at that point I was just done and just asked for refund of not even half. She never refunded us!!! Nice customer service, NOT
