Our service guy arrived on time and was very courteous and took time explaining things but for the most part it appeared that he was just dusting off things with a brush and/or cloth. I feel like I could have done that. The woman who I spoke with when I scheduled the appointment assured me that he would have the correct filters so that he could change them when he arrived but he didn't have our size on the truck which was part of the reason to have him come out in the first place. The woman at the home office couldn't tell me what filters our unit took even though she had the invoice and model info available in the files and no communication on our filter needs were given to the service guy. Also I discussed with our service person 1) getting pricing on including dual-zone heating as well as 2) costs on adding air-conditioning and 3) we have a tankless water heater from econoair and it takes a long time for the water to get hot which wastes a lot of water so he said it may need a pump of some sort and that he would get back to me on details and pricing for that too which hasn't happened yet. Also he asked me to fill out the review while he stood there watching me, which made it a little uncomfortable. He was a nice guy and proffesional but could use better follow-through.
