Review content:
I'm under 21 and renting a car can be difficult. Value Rent a Car worked with me and got me a good cheap car... The owners are friendly, helpful and really do work with you. They are a family though so if your expecting some sort of corporate suits and a bunch of business school graduates behind the counter this is not the place. As for the quality of cars, well yeah they are older but hey for what I need they are just fine and if you want to pay more they have some really nice cars too.
