Their payment schedule is excellent. After the initial five years you can take any course of action that you wish to do. We chose to continue to pay for the yearly inspections after the first five years of free yearly inspections were over.
This year, I want to start with another exterior Termidor termite treatment, and have that protection for my home plus the five years of free inspections. After the years that have gone by since the last treatment, and for the long warranty period that will be in effect, I feel that this is a wise decision to make. Thank you for excellence in product and personnel. I was happy to see that Mike Boswell would be drawing up the contract and available for any future questions that I may have.
