I have been here for a year. I have not had my a/c working for a solid week. I have had to wait 4 days before to get emergency service on my a/c unit, then they bring a window unit (tiny, by the way) that doesn't work. When you walk into my building, the people right outside the door let their pit bull poop on their balcony. I have complained about this for almost a month and all they will do is leave a note on the door. All of my appliances are dated from the mid-nineties, my bathroom tile are falling off the walls, which has not been fixed. My kitchen lights short out all the time. My balcony door did not have a lock on it for the first week I lived there. Not to mention the pot holes that are never filled in the parking lot, the broken fitness equipment and the computer lab that usually doesn't work. And finally there is no communication in the office. I had a situation and had to be late on rent ONE time. I spoke with the financial director almost two weeks in advance of
