I have lived at Roland Ridge for over 8 years and moved here because I was impressed with the diversity of the neighborhood. About three years ago, it has changed for the worst. I have nothing against children but there are parents in the community who do not supervise their children. There is a known pedophile living one building away and I am amazed that parents allow small children unsupervised sometimes until 10:00 pm. The last review is right, people have been fighting and hanging on steps in common areas and also smoke in front of the buildings and hallways. It is a reasonable place to live but management needs to address the loitering. We also had an incident of drug use or sales in one of the buildings. I'm thinking about moving when my lease is up for renewal.
