Review content:
We are a small internet-based business in San Luis Obispo who had used a large internet provider for our phone and internet for many years. When we moved locations our provider said our new location was serviceable, until a technician came out two weeks after we had moved and said it wasn't a serviceable location. Around and around we went until we decided we'd had enough. NORCAST jumped in and saved the day! They began to work on our project right away. As our business was crippled not having internet they even came and set up a hotspot for us to use while our wired connection was serviced. Thank you Jacquie and Jeff for treating us like you would want to be treated!
