Review content:
terrible service. Pool had bugs, algae and debris. I was met with sarcasm and patronization. They attempted to fix problem by sending supervisor. Well there WAS the problem. He admitted the pool in its current condition was not acceptable but that he did not know me from Adam and that he did not believe that the bugs and debris were from yesterday. I could not believe this was there version of customer service. Like they were doing me a favor by coming to my home to complete a job that was not done correct the first time. I told the provider to leave my property and take equipment with him! This is no way to treat a three year customer. He left by saying he didn't come here to be ""bitch$d"" at. This was while my children were in the other room. When I told him swearing was not appropriate he it became obvious that swearing was so much apart of his vocabulary that he didn't even recognize it and told me ""Bitc*&d at was not a swear"" You can not make this stuff up. STAY CLEAR
