Review content:
Wednesday, June 3, 2015 - My husband called Doc's Appliance Service to have our dryer repaired because the drum would not spin. We were given an appointment for the following day and the repair man showed up as promised. he was very professional in both his dress and his work ethic. He asked a number of questions to find out what was wrong with the dryer and proceeded to check it over thoroughly. We thought we only needed a belt, but unfortunately we needed a new motor, bearings, belt and felt and the cost of repairing an 11 year old dryer would have been almost as much as buying a new machine. 'While taking apart the machine the service tech made such as put blankets on the top of the machine so that it would not scratch my cabinet and he also covered the top of the machine when he took it off so as not to scratch the top nor the door that it was propped up against. I can't say anything bad about their service and I would highly recommend them for your appliance repair.\r
