I recommend David Black 100%. During a very stressful and unfortunate time in my life, David was a consistent voice of reason. Anytime my anxiety overtook, David was there calmly answering questions, going back and forth with different scenarios, and just assuring me that he was working on the best case scenario. Although, at times I may have been a pain, David or any one in his staff, made me feel that way. They were always kind and calming and answered any question I had, even the silly ones. I worked with David for about 2 years and even though he had many clients, David always remembered me and my specific case. He was always on top of it. He was available always via text, email, a phone call. Even though I felt stress due to my case being moved several times, I trusted David to work the best case possible for my specific case. He was always upfront and never lied about what I was facing. He kept it real always which I appreciated. When the time came for my case to be finalized, David got me the best plea offer possible without having to go to jury and for me- causing more anxiety. I was pleased with the outcome, especially after talking to many in the similar situations. I had really gotten lucky. Well not lucky but I had the best lawyer in Arizona! Seriously. Meet with David and then hire him. He is trusting, honest, and has the best prices in this area. He will not let you down without a fight. Although, I do not want to end up in the same predicament as I was, if I ended up here again or worse, David would be my choice again without hesitation and also my recommendation for anyone looking for the best lawyer in town!!
