Review content:
After receiving bids from 3 different local roofing companies, Interstate fell right in the middle but had far superior customer service. The estimator was more thorough, and always took the time to answer my questions over the several weeks we were finalizing the quote. The install crew and superintendent were fast, respectful, and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I worked with the crew on my own project up on the roof while they were working and they were very easy to work with. I even had their carpenters replace some siding around my chimney while they were up there and they also did a great job. Communication could have been slightly better, but frankly Interstate had far better communication than the other companies I received bids from (and a couple that apparently didn't need my business enough to call be back for an estimate!). The roof looks great!
