We contacted Armstrong Plumbing and worked with John, who was friendly, courteous and took a real interest in solving our blocked sewer line. He was gentle with our house interior and determined we needed a two-way clean-out which we did not have. He was careful to not tear up our Japanese garden and showed enormous respect for our property. He informed us of all critical steps and decisions. 5 hours later and $900 later, we breathed a sigh of relief since we trusted his judgment, integrity and desire to do a professional job.
