I cannot comment on the quality of work from this person, but I can say that it is like pulling teeth to try and get any sort of response or reply when attempting to hire him out for a job. Expect to be expecting all the time to hear back from him in response to calls, emails and requests for information - and yet you NEVER will. If you enjoy being kept waiting and wondering if/when/ever you might even get a simple estimate for repairs in a situation where losses could result due to dragging one's feet, then this is your man. Oh and also, along the way you are likely to be insulted and demeaned for daring to ask for prompt service and a fair price.\r

As it turns out, we never did receive any sort of satisfaction, as up until the bitter end, we were treated with the attitude of ""I'll get to you when I am good and ready and not a moment sooner."" Keep in mind, this is a 24-hour emergency response service! Lol. Well, nearly two weeks after the first fateful phone call, that moment still had not arrived. Needless to say it was time to move on... and so we did. NOT RECOMMENDED.
