We have had other plumbers that have done work for us, but they were not as thorough or accurate as Abacus, and they did not do as much of a good job. Abacus went out of their way to be helpful. We sat down with the staff and talked over what needed to be done. They gave us several options and we found an option we could follow. We have used Abacus once before for a smaller job, and we were very satisfied with them the first time so we came back to them for this project. It was a major project: they had to completely re-pipe the plumbing system through the kitchen and bathroom into the main sitting drain. It was a 2-3 day job, and it was very expensive, but they let us set up monthly payments over a year or two. A lot of plumbers won't do that, they need the payment up front. The project turned out wonderful; we have not had any problems and all the drains are running perfectly.
