I HAVE BEEN WITH STATE FARM FOR A VERY LONG TIME. \r
MY GROWN KIDS ARE WITH AN AGENT IN FLORIDA, \r
AND WHEN I MOVED BACK TO FORT WAYNE, I WAS RELIEVED TO FIND THIS OFFICE SO CLOSE TO MY NEW HOMESITE. I AM ABLE TO DROP MY PAYMENT ANYTIME. THEY HAVE CONVIENT NIGHT DEPOSITORY, AND NOW, THEY MAKE IT SO YOU CAN DO IT ONLINE. THEY DO LISTEN TO SUGGESTIONS. ALSO, ALTHOUGH I HATE IT, I HAVE HAD TO GO FROM PAYING ANNUALLY ON HOME INSURANCE, TO MONTHLY, AND ON AUTO, FROM SEMI ANNUALLY TO MONTHLY TOO. THEY WORK WITH ME AND EVEN ARE GREAT AND CALL WITH REMINDERS. THEY DONT HAVE TO DO THAT, BUT I AM ONE THAT IS SURE GLAD THEY TAKE THE TIME TO DO IT. YOU WILL NOT FIND ANOTHER AGENCY THAT REALLY CARES LIKE THEY HAVE DONE IN MY OPINION. THEY KNOW ME BY NAME ALSO, NO MATTER HOW INFREQUENT OR OFTEN I WALK THROUGH THE DOORS. \r
I RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY ON GOSHEN ROAD IN FORT WAYNE TO ANYONE THAT WILL LISTEN. \r
