Review content:
I had a fire at my home with a lot of soot damage. The insurance company recommended Blackmon Mooring for cleaning the items so I signed up with them. They packed almost everything out and cleaned and stored it while repairs were made to my home. Then when things started to be delivered, I found out what a horrible company they were. They lost my piano. They lost all the drawers of my antique desk. They lost shelves from a storage cabinet and from a wall unit. They lost a few boxes. They didn't inventory all the boxes, so there might be boxes missing that weren't even on the inventory. They carefully took pictures of all the things that went into the boxes and, you guessed it, they lost the pictures. They don't respond to my emails.. Use at your own risk, or better yet, don't. I would have given them a rating of zero stars except the things they did clean were clean.
