I made a reservation online for a vehicle at my local branch in Concord and they called me the of the pickup saying they have no vehicle available for me that day. I was super furious and worried because my weekend was already planned. So they called me again said they have a car ready for me for pickup in Salisbury, NC.So I went and got one. The manager there name Mathew was so super nice helping me forget my worries for the weekend. I wish all who work with customers were all like Mathew. He definitely deserves a raise or promotion for what he did for a customer. Going above and beyond his call of duty. Thanks so very much Mathew.
