Review content:
They have a lot of maintenance issues and with a different property manager things do not run as smoothly. The walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors conversations and TV's. The parking is very limited and can be towed. The office is not open for their normal business hours and they are not always there when they're suppose to be open. Small sinks are hard to wash dishes in, a huge issue with hot water in the winter!! You will only get roughly 10 minutes of hot water if you keep your apartment at 65 degrees!!! Also You CAN NOT take back to back hot showers! If there is more than one of you living in the apartment and you both want to take a hot shower. Then one of you will have to wait an hour or two after the other person showered for hot water. The price is outrageous especially for only 10 minutes of hot water.
