I was just new to the area a few years ago and had some issues with my vehicle. A friend recommend Bothell Way Repair. As with any new repair shop one is always nervous about reliability. I was so impressed with their kindness and professionalism I haven't gone to another shop since. I've taken a)l my vehicles to these folks and I've never been treated anywhere as well as I have been here. I couldn't recommend Bob and the staff there any higher. It's so nice to be able to take your vehicle to a shop and not worry about getting ripped off.
