Tried a big name A/C company and a couple others when we moved to San Antonio nine years ago. Were told our unit would not last another month and tried to sell us a new unit or that it needed all kinds of parts and services.
Seven years later, with the original unit, we have been using C&J for years and wouldn't even consider going elsewhere. Great, prompt service and communication, including weekends and after hours. Friendly and knowledgeable technicians, explaining every step of the way. Reasonable and fair charges. They exemplify what service is all about.
