the 1 time I used your services...I was chardge $500 to fix 1 cabinet door. Last week..another door fell off the hinges..a cabinet maker fixed it in 5 minutes...no charge. I was sold a bill of goods about having to buy a special tool....scam
RESPONSE FROM HANDYMAN MATTERS INC:
We have not worked for this client for over 3 years. From start to finish, the entire experience with her was something out of a movie. Upon first contacting our company she had a list of items that she nor her husband could do. Once we arrived, the whole list had changed and to make matters worse, she wanted all the new things done in less time than the old list that was less involved. Basically she wanted top quality service, but had no intention of having to pay for it. With regards to the cabinets, the particle board cabinet door had been destroyed by her husband. We made a new door for her, Hinges come loose all the time (its been three years since we were out), especially under the sink with daily usage. All that needed to be done was to tighten the screw or call us and we would have done it in 5 minutes at no charge. Instead she takes the time to review a company she hasn't spoken to or worked with in 36 months.
