PERFECT says it all. I referred a friend for her bridal party to find what they needed from jeans, shirts, socks, boots, hats & GREAT customer service. Everyone is entitled to their opinion but RUDE is not their service. Sometimes the state of mind the customer goes In with sets the mood for the rest & needless to say a wedding isn't an easy task to plan so the person stating that they were rude in my opinion your state of mind reflects what you were that day!! You stated exactly how you were that day!!!!
