Review content:
We placed a service order w. our home warranty provider. After three days we had to call MOAD to get the service initiated although our warranty company verified the order status. The receptionist had our paper work. She guaranteed someone would be out to do the work the next day, between 9 a.m. - 11 a.m. As a dual income family, we had someone house sit so the service man could be let it. 11:30 a.m. Noon....no call, no show. Repeatedly, I tried calling MOAD but there was no response, just an answering machine. Whether you are looking for service or have a home warranty, please make sure you are not calling MOAD SERVICES. Completely unprofessional and a pain to get service from. I wish it was because they were so busy but I see all the other reviews on this page say MOADS is the worst!
