I just got off the phone with this florist. I ordered through FTD with plenty of time for Mother's Day delivery. I also ordered flowers for my home, in addition to Mom's bouquet. All were to be delivered on Mother's Day. My bouquet was delivered the day before it was expected, while the lawn crew was mowing my lawn, so I did not hear the doorbell. Then I found out not only was Mom's arrangement not available, but there was absolutely NO WAY I could get flowers delivered ON Mother's Day, because they 'have been in business 39 years and everybody is at church'! I have been away every Mother's Day for the past 10 years except for this one, and each year a florist has delivered beautiful flowers to my Mom ON the day! I told them they must do a heck of a lot of weddings, or I don't see how they stay in business. I had to cancel Mom's flowers. The only reason I am giving three stars instead of ONE is that I hope mine will arrive TOMORROW in good condition. I clicked on their link connected with this site, and it sent me to Teleflora, which had emblazoned across its webpage, "It's not too late to order for Mother's Day!" Well, if they use the Flower Gallery of Manassas, it is! And the worst thing about it is that this is the closest florist to my home, so I am afraid all the floral services will use them in the future. :(
