After careful review, we may remove content or replace a content warning page before
viewing content deemed offensive, harmful, or dangerous.
Additionally, we are aware that there may be content on Judy's Book that is personal
in nature or feels invasive. Please note that Judy's Book is a provider of content
creation tools, not a mediator of content. We allow our users express their opinions,
but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe
in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful
content or present negative viewpoints. We realize that this may be frustrating,
and we regret any inconvenience this may cause you. In cases where contact information
for the author is listed on the page, we recommend that you work directly with this

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! This company is listed on this site three times using three different addresses, but all the same phone number. They are a scam company that is only interested in taking your money and not servicing your appliances.
Check the complaints through the Better Business Bureau (using their 2075 S. University Blvd. address). Check the complaints on Yelp. Then find a reputable company to use. They are bad news.
They came out, looked at (didn't even touch) my oven and decided they knew what was wrong. Then quoted a huge price to fix it. Then, after not communicating with you....EVER, when you finally call them back for the umpteenth time, they tell you the part isn't available and they can't fix your oven. You find the part at no less than 6 stores, call them back and tell them that and they say they will "check on it" and call you back. They never do. You call, and call and call. They never call you back. Then you get angry and demand your money back. They finally tell you that you can have your money back and then you never get it. Every time you call about it there is a new excuse as to why you haven't received it yet. You deal with this run around for weeks until you finally just file a dispute with your credit card company.
This company should be shut down and not allowed to prey on the consumers any longer! So many, many, many bad reviews and complaints filed with the BBB. Not sure why or how they are still in business.
