Review content:
Everything had gone great with C. Coakley Relocation Systems until I started unpacking and found out there were a few items missing. We had bought extra insurance so we filed out the claim for a small bike; it had been a present for my three year old from his grandparents. We are talking about a minimal amount of money, because it was a bike of sentimental value. It was his first bike and this year was going to be his first time riding it. It was not so much the money, but what it meant. The worst is I found out today the claim was denied, even though we followed the directions (like submitting the claim within 48 hrs).
I thought the workers worked hard and were great. It was just this follow through that had me disappointed. I don't want to throw accusations because it was a small bike and who know where it is. I've looked through every box and it is not physically in our possession. It is just going to be disheartening to tell my three year old that his bike is gone.
