My toilet overflowed on a SUNDAY!! The only plumbing service that returned my call and could come was Roto-Rooter.\r

The plumber - Tom me called me back within 15 minutes of my call, confirmed the information about my emergency and gave me a 2 hour window of when he would be able to get to my home – he was on another job.\r

Within about 1/2 hour I received another call that he had finished the previous job and could come right away.\r
\r
Tom was professional and tried all the standard procedures on the clog. When it became obvious that the clog was further down the pipes he gave me all the information and options along with a new estimate. When I gave the go ahead the problem was solved in a reasonable amount of time. Tom was very informative and did a great job.\r

I was very happy with the service and that I had a working toilet again on a weekend!
